Candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, analytical and basic math skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to multi-task.
Position responsibilities include:
accurately processing and problem resolution of invoices, vendor set-up and maintenance, scan and index invoices, maintain report files, and assist vendors and other departments.
