ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Process and maintain all aspects of bi-weekly payroll and associated records; Maintain record of staff vacation and absenteeism days; Process 401 (k) deferrals and loans and accompanying reporting; Schedule annual job description review schedules; Maintain all personnel files, including medical, training and workers' compensation; Manage all attendance and service reward programs, distribute achievement award certificates, and send employment anniversary cards; Perform various secretarial duties, including but not limited to answering telephones, opening the mail, and distributing faxes; Coordinate all aspects of employee benefit programs with the Manager-Human Resources; Communicate with coworkers, management, customers, and others in a courteous manner; Conform with an abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions; Perform other duties as directed by the Manager-Human Resources; Work Remotely No Job Type:
